No-one ever deserves or asks for sexual harassment to happen. 100% of the blame lies with the perpetrator or perpetrators.

Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature constitute sexual harassment when this conduct explicitly or implicitly affects an individual's employment, unreasonably interferes with an individual's work performance, or creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment.

When someone files a discrimination complaint, CRD evaluates the facts and decides whether to accept the case for investigation. If it accepts the case, CRD independently investigates the facts and the legal issues.
This involves reviewing respondents’ responses to complaints and other information and evidence that complainants and respondents submit, among other things. CRD attempts to resolve the dispute in appropriate cases. CRD may also decide to take legal action.
At the end of the training, you will be prompted to enter information to generate a certificate of completion. Using computer/mobile device functions, you can choose to save, print, take a screenshot, or take a photo of the certificate.
Before you begin the training, please consult your employer for direction on if/how they prefer to receive the certificate. CRD cannot email you a replacement certificate.
