Work Clothes: Jeans or other work pants; shorts or sleeveless shirts may not be acceptable in certain circumstances.

Show Blacks: Same as work clothes but black; jeans or cargo pants, small logos are acceptable.

Tech Blacks: Collared shirt (polo or button up), small logos may be acceptable; black jeans or Dockers; black shoes or sneakers.

Dress Blacks: Button up black shirt, no logos; black dockers or dress slacks, polished shoes.

Many of you are quick in setting up your CLEAR Health Pass (thank you!).  When doing so, please follow these instructions and use the code below, which will identify you as an employee of Sharks Sports & Entertainment.  I am also including the code for vendors/contractors, media, and invited guests that you can share as needed, as they will ultimately need to sign up as well (even if they previously signed the attestation form). As a reminder, the deadline to sign up is September 9th. After this date, individuals will no longer be able to use the attestation certifications to validate vaccine status.
